Aftrap campagne Culturele Hoofdstad in Maastricht

In het stadhuis van Maastricht is woensdag de ondertekening van een zogeheten Ambitie Statement. Dat heeft alles te maken met de kandidaatstelling van de stad als Culturele Hoofdstad van Europa in 2018.
