Maastricht wil geen geluidsoverlast met carnaval

Maastricht wil dit jaar tijdens de carnaval de geluidsoverlast aanpakken, en het openbaar vervoer stimuleren. Dat zijn de hoofdpunten in de gemeentelijke campagne 'Ne propele carnaval,' die maandag van start is gegaan.
