For the European Distribution Centre in Kerkrade we are looking for a:
Training Compliance Specialist
The training specialist is responsible for the implementation of all training requirements that are applicable for the European Distribution Centre and is accountable for the training compliance process.
Responsibilities Include
• Translate the correct training assignment for the employees, to enable the employees to perform their tasks.
• Qualifies instructors, both internal and external. Continually evaluates instructor effectiveness.
• Leads, manages and/or facilitates Training processes that assign training to meet Quality system and compliance requirements. Works to ensure that curricula and/or Training plans and assignments are accurate and current.
• Documents training, manages training records and maintains the local training system.
• Leads manages or supports the development and use of reports to, in support of audits, Management Review and manager accountability.
• Maintains the LMS training system and provides compliance input to the TRS administrator.
• Acts as L&D lead of the EDC during corporate conference calls and translates corporate training information to local information.
• Acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) during internal and external audits as L&D lead for the whole EDC.
• Supports L&D efforts in both front-room and back-room audit support.
• Maintenance of HR training processes (f.e. creation of change requests in PDM)
• Execution of the NCR and CAPA processes in case of non-conformances.
• Using and executing Quality plans for continuous process improvements.
• Build Quality into all aspects of your work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements
Experience and skills
• Minimum HBO or 3 years experience in similar role; Training compliance experience
• Experience in Quality standards and processes within a professional multinational business environment
• Fluent in Dutch and English language
• High standard of reliability, confidentiality and trust
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and administrative skills
• Willingness to go the “extra mile”
• Excellent computer skills
• No 9 till 5 mentality
• Self motivator, accurate & detail focused
